今天晚上跟史先生超想吃米飯,心想說剛好家裡有些雞肉來做做三杯雞吧!!
【三杯雞】
做三杯雞最大的感觸是曾經在台北時有位大師在旁邊教過,再來是前幾天聽這邊的朋友在家也做了三杯雞來吃...
就這樣...沒有大師在旁的指導但有史先生在旁的幫忙,兩個人在廚房裡就抱著姑且一試的心態~~~~
完成了~~~以下我們的作品.....ㄟㄟ..顏色好像還可以..味道好像也可以....嗯!!開動....還不錯吃唷!
【蘿蔔薑雞湯】
偶爾去超市時會隨手拿些食譜小卡片...今晚跟史先生第一次試試看按著食譜上的做法也姑且一試....看看這道湯口感如何~~
Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 60 mins
*材料:
50g butter
2 medium onions- sliced
450g carrots- diced
900ml chicken stock
300ml orange juice
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
4 tsp Mixed herbs
2 tsp ground ginger
*Directions:
1.Melt the butter in a large pan and fry the onions until very soft.
2.Add the carrots and fry for another minute or two. stir in the stock, orange juice and ground ginger and simmer covered for 40-50 mins or until the carrots are very tender.
3.Liquidise the soup, season to taste and servr garnished with grated carrot & mixed herbs.
